Inrico, a leading solution provider of professional wireless communications, held a ceremony to unveil its newly renovated and expanded office with the presence of customers, suppliers, and medias on August 26th. The new office covering over a floor space of over 2,000 square meters shows the company’s commitment and confidence in business growth in PMR and PTToC communications as well as their convergence.

In the showroom, the smart terminals, platform solutions, and global successful cases demonstrate Inrico’s growth in technology and markets. Inrico has built an industry-leading reliability laboratory, including rapid temperature change equipment, waterproof and dustproof test equipment, battery performance test equipment, structural performance, and material performance experimental equipment. All new products must pass nearly 80 tests in the laboratory.

The laboratory boasts over 20 sets of advanced experimental equipment to conduct tests such as drop test, plug-in life test, and salt spray test. These machines reflect Inrico's unwavering commitment to quality and dedication to fulfilling customer requirements. During the demonstration, guests showed keen interest in the details of quality control, which further solidified their confidence in Inrico.

During the product introduction session, Mr. Liu, terminal product director of Inrico, presented the visitors with a detailed introduction of Inrico's latest generation of industrial push-to-talk (PTT) terminals. The high-profile S350 is a handheld terminal that incorporates 5G smart technology. This product not only features professional PTT communication functions, but also boasts high-definition images, reliable performance, long battery life, and a durable body. This makes it suitable for industrial users and a variety of scenarios such as mission-critical communication, video live streaming, and industrial APPs.

IRC380 is a new generation of intelligent dual-mode handheld terminal. It was born to solve the last-mile communication. It has a classic appearance, dual mode capabilities, powerful performance, and outstanding ruggedness, which can well meet the needs of industrial users in various extreme scenarios. The newly upgraded TM-7Plus, T740, T710A, and IRC100 were demoed on-site, attracting strong interest from the invited guests.

Mr. Wong, director of the software platform, gave a comprehensive analysis of the integrated platform developed by iConvNet, Inrico's global strategic partner. He presented how the AI-powered public network dispatching system has significantly enhanced operational efficiency in various industries, including airports, railways, public security, and firefighting. By using real-life examples, Mr. Wong demonstrated the excellent performance of the AI algorithm in practical applications, which helped the audience grasp a better understanding of the extensive value of iConvNet and its crucial role in various industries.
